The real estate market is changing each and every day.  The past few years of our Lawrence market have been challenging.  Many sellers become frustrated and do not understand how or why their property does not sell as quickly as they had hoped.  Our market has slowed considerably over years past.  Many sellers' homes are staying on the market longer, and selling for less than they expected.  But with interest rates still at 30-year lows, the market is not gone . . . just different.

I hope to prove to my sellers that I am capable of marketing their homes for a quick sale.  If that quick sale does not materialize, I assure my sellers of my value by providing a weekly market analysis of the Lawrence market's activity, and where they stand within that market.  By providing my sellers with invaluable information about our current market, it gives them the confidence and ability to weather this uncertain time, and still feel as though there is light at the end of the tunnel!

bulletDetailed visual tours of each and every listing!  I am highly trained in shooting flattering photographs and creating informative and visually enticing tours of your property!  The visual tour is a vital tool in today's changing market!
bulletAll of my listings are now showcase listings on Realtor.com.  Realtor.com is the most heavily visited real estate website.  All of my listings are accentuated by a yellow headline, scrolling text, additional pictures, and links back to the visual tours.
